Tackling sexism & championing women in sport
We are the official Her Game Too ambassador and advocates for Cheltenham Town.
Her Game Too was created in 2021 by a group of passionate female supporters who are working towards eradicating sexism in the football industry. We want women and girls of all ages to feel confident and safe sharing their opinion about football both online and in real life, without fear of sexist abuse.
The ‘Women in Football’ 2023 Survey reported that over three quarters of respondents believe conscious or unconscious bias is the biggest challenge facing women in the football industry today.
Her Game Too want to work with as many clubs and organisations across the board as we possibly can. By teaming up with clubs officially, we can work together with them to raise awareness, educate and create a safer environment.

Here at Cheltenham Town, we are working with fans and the community to help women and girls feel safe coming to the Completely-Suzuki Stadium, knowing they can share their views without sexist abuse.
