Robins Launch the "Join Our Squad" Season Ticket Campaign

8 May 2017

Your chance to win some amazing prizes

With the 2016/17 season now over, it is time to look ahead as we launch the "Join Our Squad" season ticket campaign.

The number 12 squad number has traditionally been used for a goalkeeper, but this coming season we will be giving it to one lucky season ticket holder who will "Join Our Squad".

As well as being in, and on the back of, every home programme you will also be given a home shirt with the number 12 on the back with your name.

Our overall aim is to sell 1,400 season tickets to our "12th Man" and set a new record for season tickets sold in League Two, the previous best being the 1,361 sold in 2003/4.

As well as freezing prices for the fourth straight year we will also be giving back to the fans to say thank you for your continued support.

The number 12 shirt is not the only thing we will be giving to our 12th Man. After every 100th season ticket sold we will be holding a prize draw, with every season ticket holder at that point, being in the hat to win a prize, many of which will be something that money can't buy. Including the first prize...

Fan Elected Director Murry Toms commented, "Next season will mark the 20th anniversary of our pivotal Wembley win so it's the perfect opportunity to take stock and remember how far we've come as a club. On the pitch our great moments have come about through heroic team efforts and it's been no different off it.

"This is the next one, looking to the future by growing the number of season ticket holders over the next few weeks. The ups and downs are all part of the story but the one constant are the supporters, week in and week out.

"It's a brilliant community of people that love football and a club that represents the town they call home. By working together and 'joining our squad', we can build for the future."

Chairman Paul Baker added, "I have always felt that our club is a close knit family club and that our fans really are special and each and every one of you do make a difference. I really hope that you all feel that, that we are open and honest with you and that from Chairman to Manager to players we respect you and engage with you.

"We have enjoyed tremendous success together, we have experienced disappointments together. As a season ticket holder you are showing tremendous commitment and passion for our team, your team - we have set a challenging target but inspired by the success of our Crowdfunder Campaign and our support against Hartlepool, lets smash it!"

The plan is to have 14 milestone prize draws, along with the squad number draw at the end, so the earlier you purchase your season ticket, the more draws you will be entered in to. Keep your eyes peeled on ctfc.com and our social media channels for more information on the prizes and the winners, good luck!

Don't forget, fans have the opportunity to buy their season ticket at a discounted rate before our early bird deadline (31st May), see all of the prices here.

Building on the success of our £12 for our 12th Man campaign where we had our biggest home attendance for over three years, current prices mean that fans who buy an early bird season ticket in the paddock, tunnel or Presbury Road areas are charged £12 per game for the 23 home league games, so why not take advantage of the price you all loved by buying your season ticket before the 31st May?

To make things easier for our fans to purchase their season ticket, we will be extending our ticket office opening hours throughout May. The office will now be open on Tuesday & Friday between 10am-3pm and Thursdays between 10am-8pm. It will also be open during the bank holiday weekend at the end of May, on Saturday 27th and Monday 29th from 10am-2pm.

Season ticket forms are available in the ticket office or you can download yours here and bring it in to the office between the hours shown above or post it to our address, as show at the bottom of this article.

We also gives fans the opportunity to spread the cost of their ticket over four or ten months with Zebra Finance. If you are interested in this option, download your form here and bring it into the ticket office.
